Our staff is available to take your calls 8am-4pm Monday through Thursday, and our scheduling hours are from 7:30am- 2:30pm. Procedures are scheduled Wednesday afternoons and on Fridays.

A referral from a physician or worker's compensation provider is requested. As a courtesy, a copy of the initial evaluation and treatment plan will be provided to referring physicians or approved referral sources.
