PainSouth is a medical practice founded by David W. Cosgrove, M.D. Dr. Cosgrove is board certified in both anesthesiology and pain management. His experience includes training at Ochsner Hospital in New Orleans, Kirklin Clinic in Birmingham, and The Mayo Clinic at the Jacksonville Campus. Dr. Cosgrove and his staff attend continuing medical education conferences on the most current and successful interventional pain management techniques.
